Charles and his partner were awesome. They were respectful from the moment they walked in, even putting boot covers over their shoes so they wouldn’t track dirt through the house. They got right to work, didn’t waste time, and weren’t trying to make small talk just for the sake of it, which I appreciated. Charles quickly diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what had failed, and even told me the part number and where I could buy it if I wanted to repair it myself. Since it would’ve taken me a couple of days to get the part, I went ahead and had them do the repair. They even showed me the burn mark on the old circuit board they replaced so I could actually see the failure. On top of that, Charles pointed out that my blower motor capacitor is getting old and will likely need to be replaced within the next year or so. Instead of trying to sell me on having them do it, he told me the exact replacement part to buy and explained that it was inexpensive and easy enough to replace myself, which will save me hundreds of dollars. It’s hard to find honest companies that aren’t trying to upsell you on everything. I never felt pressured, just informed. I’ll definitely be calling Your AC Company again the next time I need HVAC work.
