Hi, I’m Chase Cosgrove, and I lead Business Development and Customer Relations at Your AC Company LLC. My background in business coaching, multi-unit hospitality management, and sales has taught me the importance of strong leadership, genuine relationships, and exceptional customer service.
I’m passionate about connecting with people, developing lasting partnerships, and helping our company continue to grow without losing the personal service our customers value. My goal is to ensure every customer feels heard, appreciated, and confident that they have chosen the right HVAC team.

Johnathon serves as the President of Your AC Company, leading the business with a clear commitment to honoring God in every decision, relationship, and service call. With 29 years of HVAC experience and licenses in both Georgia and Alabama, he oversees commercial and residential maintenance, service, replacement, and installation with a focus on excellence, integrity, and Christ centered stewardship. His mission is to operate a God driven company that uplifts employees, serves the community, and reflects biblical principles through its work ethic and care for people.
Beyond the HVAC industry, Johnathon pastors a local church and lives out his calling to the others shepherd. He treasures life with his wife and two children, enjoys building street rods with his dad, attending car shows, deer hunting, and sharing joy, laughter, and meaningful moments with his family.

I have 20 years of experience in maintenance, diagnostics, and repair. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong focus on identifying issues, providing reliable solutions, and helping customers improve the comfort and efficiency of their systems.

Outside of work, i enjoy spending time with my wife, kids and granddaughter - “the Princess.”

I’m a hardworking and dependable professional who takes pride in getting the job done right. My work involves hands-on problem-solving, troubleshooting, and finding practical solutions when challenges come up. I value safety, quality workmanship, teamwork, and being someone others can count on.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, watching sports, and relaxing with the people who are important to me. I’m a big college sports fan, and I enjoy anything that gives me a chance to unwind and have a good time. I believe in working hard, continuing to learn, and making the most of my time both on and off the job.

In my spare time I’m a bulldog fan, (Go Dawgs), and a braves fan. I was born and raised right here in Georgia. I enjoy spending time on lake Lanier as much as possible and I also enjoy riding my motorcycle when I can find time. Family is incredibly important to me as well.

I have 6 months of experience in installations and service and while I have only just begun my career in the hvac industry I have already learned the importance of being detail oriented and providing homeowners with as much visual and written notations as possible to keep homeowners informed.
Just like doing maintenance on cars it’s my main focus to provide the maintenance to systems to allow them to run at their desired efficiency and extend the systems lifespan. The goal is to keep homeowners happy and cool/warm when they need it and to catch components before they become a problem.
Outside of work I spend time with family, watching football (predominantly the Georgia bulldogs), and reading books.

I have developed a strong background in HVAC installation, service, sales, and engineering. Throughout my career, I have worked with residential and commercial HVAC systems while building extensive knowledge of system design, equipment selection, troubleshooting, and customer solutions.
My experience in both sales and engineering allows me to understand projects from both the technical and customer perspectives. I take pride in providing reliable solutions, building strong relationships with customers, and making sure every project is handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
I’ve been working in the heating and air conditioning industry for the past 12 years, building experience in HVAC, sales, and engineering. I’m passionate about what I do and take pride in providing quality solutions, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.
Outside of work, my faith is an important part of my life. I love God, my wife, and my French Bulldog. Family, faith, and hard work are the values that keep me grounded and motivate me to give my best in everything I do.

I have 3-4 months’ experience in installations and service. I am dedicated to keeping HVAC systems running smoothly and efficiently. In my role, I focus on proactive maintenance and ensuring that every system receives the care it needs to perform reliably year-round. I take pride in learning the technical side of the trade and am committed to providing honest, high-quality service that our customers can depend on.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and exploring new hobbies to recharge. I believe that a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success, both on the job and in my personal life. I am excited to be part of the team and look forward to improving my skills while helping our clients stay comfortable.

With five years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, I have developed a strong foundation in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for being committed to delivering quality workmanship. I understand the importance of diagnosing issues accurately, following proper procedures, and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism on every job.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, exploring new places, and participating in other outdoor activities that keep me moving and give me an opportunity to stay active. I value maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, and I believe the discipline and determination I develop through these activities also carry over into my professional life.
